College of Arts and Sciences: Public Policy Bylaws

The bylaws of UNC (Department of) Public Policy address the organization of the academic unit, faculty shared governance, and administrative operations. As per our founding bylaws, it was expected that these bylaws will be changed from time to time as the needs of the academic unit evolve, which could be accomplished by a simple majority vote of the core tenured and tenure-track faculty. The faculty affirms that the bylaws will be reviewed every five years.
