Title

Office of Sponsored Research - 200.07 - RAMSeS (Research Administration Management System & eSubmission)

Purpose

Research Administration Management System and eSubmission (RAMSeS) is used to create and manage the official University record for each sponsored project in a consistent, efficient manner. Each record contains both financial and compliance information necessary for proposal submission as well as award management once an award is funded.

Policy Statement

RAMSeS is the University's official proposal and award management system. All research proposals requesting funding for a grant, contract, or cooperative agreement must be recorded in RAMSeS. This is accomplished by preparing an Internal Processing Form (IPF) which is mandatory for each application, regardless of the funding source. Access to RAMSeS requires the user's University Onyen.
