Operation and Parking
- Utility vehicles shall not be operated or parked in a manner likely to obstruct or interfere with the flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
- Utility vehicles shall not be driven or parked on landscape groundcover or shrub beds.
- Utility vehicles shall not be driven or parked on lawn or mulch areas if soil moisture causes rutting or damage to the lawn or mulched area.
- Utility vehicles shall not be parked within ten feet of an entrance or in a way that blocks stairs, sidewalks, fire hydrants, fire lanes, or handicap ramps.
