This policy addresses procedures for requests for and approval of withdrawals for psychological reasons. It also describes the steps for returning to the program after withdrawal.

The purpose of this Policy is to establish how withdrawal and reapplication will be facilitated. This Policy applies to all Adams School of Dentistry students and residents.
