The purpose of this Procedure is to outline a prompt, impartial, and effective process for Alternative Resolution of reports of prohibited conduct under the Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment and Related Misconduct and the Policy on Prohibited Sexual Harassment Under Title IX (collectively, “the Policies”).
