To define responsibilities to achieve maximum security while maintaining reasonable usability of University facilities.
To maintain strict control of the campus key and lock systems including key duplication and distribution.
To establish and maintain a recorded chain of accountability for all keys and devices issued (i.e. cards and Flexpasses).
To identify proper University authorities that can approve and issue access to specific facilities or areas where access is needed.
