This document details the procedure for depositing revenue to Carolina Performing Arts (CPA) accounts.

Scope

This procedure applies to roles who are responsible for deposits.

Procedure

 Revenue Deposit of Credit Cards

  • Follow University procedure for daily deposits to ConnectCarolina. 
  • Reconcile totals from Client Line reports to ticketing system report for credit card deposit
  • Include all additional income records on the FYIncome_Tracker
    • NCDOR tax payments
    • Journals initiated by CPA (billing for rentals)
    • Check payments for rental events
