Department of Orthopaedics: Policy on Regular Office Hours
Introduction
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to define regular hours of operation.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees in the Department of Orthopaedics.
Policy
Policy Statement
The department defines regular offices hours as between the hours of 7:30 am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. During these hours offices will be open for business. Offices will be closed during recognized holiday periods as defined by the University of North Carolina.
Exceptions
Any exceptions for SHRA Employees working outside of regular office hours are to be pre-approved by the Associate Chair of Administration. Employees may not maintain a regular working schedule outside of these hours.
